Before you tackle this workout, try this quick and effective full-body warm-up. It's just five simple moves but hits every major muscle group and gets your heart pumping.

Greatist Workout of the Day: Furious 10

Furious 10  

Complete as many rounds of the following as safely as possible in 10 minutes. 

10 Burpees 
10 Lunges 
10 Box Jumps 

Want to kick up the intensity? Hold medium-weight dumbbells or kettlebells on the lunges. And don't forget to check back tomorrow for a totally new (but equally awesome) GWOD!
