This workout throws a burst of cardio in-between strength training to help to kick your metabolism into high gear."

IF YOU WORK OUT 2, 3, or 4 days a week

30 skaters  (side to side get low into a squat)

50 Crunches

15 Pushups

1 Minute plank

  *** repeat X2, waiting 1 to 2 minutes between rounds ***

50 Bicycle crunches (touch the elbow to the opposite knee with each rep)

15 Superman pushups (lower to floor and extend arms and legs forward as though you were “superman” flying)

1 Minute Bridge

  *** repeat X2, waiting 30 seconds to one minute between rounds ***

25 Side plank lower lifts right

25 Side plank lower lifts left

15 Tricep pushups

1 Minute  plank

  *** repeat X2, waiting 30 seconds to one minute between rounds ***
