Welcome to Holiday Season at Greatist! Here's a sneak-peek at what we have in store for the next two weeks as we gear up for The Greatist Thanksgiving!
GUEST POST: Marathons are hard, but how you prepare the day-of is just as important as the run itself. Here are 5 ways to make sure you perform your best from running coach Jason Fitzgerald.
Great to see these Greatist Infographics. This one will be republished on my site next week; Wednesday infographic. http://CubeDwellerFitness.com

Have a go at free running for a while before trying 'motion-controlled shoes' - those can reinforce damage up the leg rather than help in the long run (pardon the pun). I transitioned gently, now have no shin splints, no sore feet, and it just feels better!

I coudn't finish reading it when I saw the map showing Mexico and some South American countries as part of USA, specially because I don't think it could have been a "finger mistake". As much as I don't have any issue with USA, I don't like my country to be considered as part of it or any other one. Whoever did this, please pay more attention or get informed! :)
Now, that I've made my point, I'll finish reading it :D

I am pretty sure Mexico, Central America and Cuba are included in the USA color because of the Marine Corps. If you read the actual city statistics, it's listed.

Adidas first line of Adizero running shoes are the best I've worn!
Love my Nike Free Run+ 2 (But due to back problems I mostly walk)
Awesome graphic.. except that Mexico is *not* part of the USA you know..
Tights under shorts --- I'll have to pass. ;)
