Last-minute sales, mile-long gift lists: Holiday shopping can be chaotic for all of us, but it’s especially challenging for shopping addicts. What drives someone to raid the aisles at Macy’s, and how can they overcome their struggles?
This is really neat, and I love the infographic, but I find it to be pretty male oriented! Not that women don't want to gain muscle and lose fat, but the whole GOMAD diet and all associated super high calorie diets, along with lots of heavy lifting, seems like a way to get HUGE. Recommendations for those wanting leaner bodies? :)

@arabaad It's a big misconception that women would suddenlty get huge from lifting heavy.
"Most people do not have to be worried about getting too big when training with weights. Evidence suggests that less than 20 percent of men, and very few women, can develop large muscles, even if they wanted to, regardless of what program they follow. Bodybuilders seen on TV have usually trained for years, possess a certain degree of genetic aptitude and, most likely, have used anabolic steroids sometime in their careers."
@rainev Thanks for the info and the link! I was thinking more about the gomad portion than the lifting portion...I know that girls can lift heavy, but unless you're a hard-gaining girl (which most girls aren't), then consuming the amount of calories in gomad, if you can even do it and eat other food, will probably add more fat than you really want. I was thinking about the fact that most girls need a lower caloric intake than most men. I was also under the impression that gomad in general worked best for a very specific subset of people. I meant HUGE relatively, not like ahnold style.
And that girl is pretty badass. :)

arabaad,
Re: "male oriented", somewhat true. There are distinct differences and challenges found between male and female training regimens. That being said, there are also a lot of similarities (hey, we're all just occupying human bodies, right?). You sound motivated and thoughtful, maybe you could come up with something equivalent that is 'female oriented'? Alternatively, you might like this: http://www.stumptuous.com/
