Healthier Choices: Kelvin Gary's Daily Routine
Kelvin Gary, former engineer and finance professional turned personal trainer, kicks clients’ butts with battleropes, sandbags, and kettlebells. Though he’s no longer crunching numbers daily, Kelvin uses his analytical mindset to tackle the human body, with his favorite tool: the kettlebell. Outside of the gym, it’s 30 to 50 mile bike rides plus plenty of charity miles at the Livestrong Challenge and the Bike MS City to Shore Ride (175 miles!).
