The Ultimate Pre-Date Workout to Get Pumped Up!
Exercise helps us live longer, stress less, and fight disease. But sometimes, well, we just want to look nice on date night. And while there are plenty of different ways to exercise — whether we’re looking to build strength, increase muscle size, burn fat, or improve endurance — there’s also such a thing as a workout that’s specifically designed to temporarily improve the way we look. We’re talking about a training protocol that will make muscles pop and tighten and brighten the skin for one night only.
How? Well, we asked Rob Sulaver of Bandana Training to come up with a workout that helps increase blood flow to the upper body so that the muscles become temporarily engorged, appearing fuller and stronger.
This workout should also help you work up a nice, heavy sweat. But don’t worry, that’s a good thing! A sweaty gym sesh will help clean your pores, eliminate some water weight (thereby helping the muscles appear more defined), and get the skin producing more of its natural oils that help skin stay supple and healthy.
Put all this together, and what have you got? A fun, fast-paced workout that will make your muscles pop, your skin brighter, and provide plenty of endorphins that’ll help you relax, de-stress, and be more optimistic about the big date ahead!
