This recipe is part flavored water, part smoothie, bringing together the best elements of both: You get a healthy dose of hydration from the water, but with a big antioxidant punch from the fresh watermelon and frozen strawberries

3 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 4-6 frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups water
