Smoked Salmon and Egg Tortilla
Jump-start your morning with this high-protein duo of smoked salmon and eggs. Served over a hearty, whole-wheat tortilla and paired with fresh avocado and alfalfa sprouts, this is one breakfast that will power you through the day.
- 2 whole-wheat tortillas
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 handfuls alfalfa sprouts
- 4 eggs
- Warm up tortillas for a few minutes in a toaster oven or microwave. Top with salmon, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts.
- Fry eggs, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Place on top of alfalfa sprouts and break open yolks.
