When a trip to the Mediterranean is very necessary (but not exactly in the cards), simply hit the chopping block for this quick and tasty culinary adventure. Made from fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions and tossed in a zesty marinade, this is one healthy side that's an absolute breeze.

Serves 4

What You’ll Need:

2 large cucumbers

1 small red onion

1 large tomato

Mrs. Dash's Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade

Dash of salt

What to Do:

  1. Slice cucumbers and red onion, and dice the tomato.
  2. Add ingredients into a large salad bowl and dress with Mrs. Dash's Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade (to taste). No Mrs. Dash's? Add a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle some pepper on top.
  3. Mix until evenly distributed and serve!
