In honor of CPR awareness week (June 1-7), the American Heart Association (AHA) has done us all a solid. And—no joke—it involves Beyoncé.

For starters, the AHA put together a one-minute video that easily explains how to perform hands-only CPR should any of us find ourselves in an emergency situation (no mouth-to-mouth required). The basic takeaway? Call for help, then place the heel of one hand in the center of the recipient’s chest. With your other hand on top of that one, pump hard and fast until help arrives.

Since the person giving CPR should push the recipient’s chest at a speed of no less than 100 beats per minute, the AHA also created a Spotify playlist of songs that will keep helpers pumping in time to the music (even if the music is only playing in our heads). Saving a life to the rhythms of Beyoncé? Sign us up—and listen to the playlist in full below!
